Some customers experienced an issue where their data was not transferred after re-setting their passwords. It is our priority to make sure any previous health data from within the last year is made available to you, and transferred from the BPiQ App, into the MediLink App. Follow the in-app instructions and select ‘Yes’ where applicable.If you do this and follow the instructions for pairing, you should be able to successfully pair your device with the MediLink app (regardless of the model you own). You may be able to pair your Bios BP monitor with the app by selecting the BIOS Protocol 7D MII BD245 model, instead of your current model, the instructions to do so are below. If you are still having troubles please try the following instructions: Please update the App if you have an available software update, and try again. After making some adjustments this should no longer be present. Some of you may have experienced an issue that was not allowing you to pair your device after selecting the specific model image from the list. Please rest assured, any hiccups that arise during the early days will be ironed out as soon as possible! We wish to apologize for some inconveniences that may have arisen for you during your first pairing attempts. The much awaited date for our MediLink App launch has come! As excited as we are to welcome it to our library of helpful tools we provide to our customers, there were some unforeseen speedbumps that have come to light.
